HVAC Service Technician

Jacksonville, FL | $25-$45/Hour + Overtime | Full-Time | Direct Hire

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system performance and efficiency.
• Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, package units, mini-splits, and ventilation equipment.
• Accurately identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers while providing exceptional service.
• Complete service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized company vehicle and work area.
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
