Entry-Level Project Manager / Data Entry Coordinator
Location: Sanford, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Remote Option: Work from home on Fridays after successful training and demonstrated performance.
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour
About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager / Data Entry Coordinator to join our growing electrical company. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in project management while supporting daily operations through administrative coordination, data entry, and processing project documentation.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, field personnel, and customers to ensure project information is accurate, organized, and completed on time.
Responsibilities
• Process and maintain project travelers and job documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry into company databases and project management systems.
• Track project progress and update records as needed.
• Organize project files, paperwork, and electronic documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, office staff, vendors, and field employees.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate updates when necessary.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative project support.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company information.
• Provide general office support as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, office, customer service, or data entry experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn project management processes within the electrical industry.
