We specialize in line striping, asphalt maintenance, power washing, and specialty coatings. Our mission is to eliminate uncertainty in property maintenance through quality, communication, and reliability.

 

  Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pavement Maintenance Technician to support field operations and deliver high-quality project execution. This role supports the Operations Manager in completing projects safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

 
Key Responsibilities:
·       Field Operations:
o   Operate and maintain equipment for line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, power washing, and epoxy coatings
o   Assist with job site setup, preparation, and cleanup
o   Deliver high-quality workmanship on all tasks
·       Project Support:
o   Assist Operations Manager in planning and executing daily work
o   Follow project scope and instructions to ensure quality and efficiency
·       Safety and Compliance:
o   Maintain safe and organized job sites
o   Follow all company safety procedures
o   Assist with accident and injury reporting as needed
·       Communication:
o   Provide daily updates on job progress
o   Communicate issues or delays promptly
o   Work collaboratively with team members
·       General Responsibilities:
o   Participate in team routines (SCRUM/SWARZ or daily check-ins)
o   Perform additional tasks as required
o   Represent the company professionally on job sites

Qualifications:
·       Experience in pavement maintenance or construction preferred but not required
·       Strong work ethic and reliability
·       Ability to perform physically demanding work
·       Willingness to learn and follow direction
·       Valid driver’s license preferred
