**Weekend Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote) | Warm Inbound Leads | $5/hr + Bonuses**

**Location Preference:** We welcome qualified applicants worldwide. Candidates based in **Latin America** or within one to **two hours of U.S. Eastern Time** are strongly encouraged to apply due to the live nature of this role.

**Schedule:** Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time (~16 hrs/week)

We are looking for a reliable, sharp **Weekend Sales Virtual Assistant** to ensure every lead reaching out on Saturday or Sunday receives an instant, professional response and converts into a booked recurring appointment.

**NO COLD CALLING:** 100% of your leads are warm, inbound inquiries from homeowners actively seeking cleaning services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Convert Inbound Leads:** Answer incoming calls, text messages, and web form submissions promptly.
* **Consultative Selling:** Guide potential clients through our service packages, explain pricing, build trust, and confidently ask for the booking.
* **Objection Handling:** Address pricing or scheduling concerns with empathy, value-driven positioning, and confidence.
* **CRM Management:** Maintain detailed, accurate notes on lead statuses, customer info, and booking details in our system.
* **Light Support:** Coordinate basic customer service or cleaner communication for weekend operational needs.

**Requirements**

* **Experience:** At least 1+ years of phone sales, appointment setting, or closing experience dealing with U.S.-based homeowners.
* **Communication:** Exceptional, professional spoken and written English skills (near-native clarity required).
* **Work Ethic:** Honest, coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently without being micromanaged.
* **Availability:** Must be committed to working **every weekend (Sat & Sun)** on a long-term basis.
* _Bonus:_ Prior experience with residential cleaning, home services, or CRM platforms.

**Technical & Workspace Requirements**

* **Internet:** High-speed wired internet connection (30 Mbps minimum download speed).
* **Backups:** Dedicated backup power (UPS) and backup internet (mobile hotspot or second provider) for outages.
* **Hardware:** Modern laptop/desktop capable of running multiple browser tabs seamlessly, plus a noise-canceling USB headset.
* **Environment:** A quiet, distraction-free home office space.
