As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity every step of the way. What You'll Do Provide safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages receiving infusion therapies. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans for patients and families. Monitor patients closely during infusions, responding to changes and ensuring safety. Administer chemotherapy, IV medications, injections, and blood products with precision. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet care goals. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and accurately. Mentor colleagues, support staff development, and participate in unit projects. Uphold patient rights, privacy, and respect in all interactions. What You Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification required. Medical-Surgical and infusion/chemotherapy experience preferred. ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification highly preferred; OCN certification a plus. Strong IV skills, assessment abilities, and critical thinking. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Comfort with technology and a commitment to confidentiality.
