We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes ownership of project execution from contract award through closeout. What You’ll Do 1. Electrical Technical Leadership Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules. Identify constructability issues and coordination conflicts early. Collaborate with field leadership to ensure electrical systems are installed according to design intent and project requirements. Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical installation practices. 2. Project Execution & Organization Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, schedules, and closeout documentation. Track multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining clear project documentation. Maintain organized project records and ensure deadlines are met across the project lifecycle. Partner closely with superintendents to keep projects moving efficiently. 3. Cost Control & Financial Management Manage project budgets, forecasts, and committed costs. Monitor labor productivity and material spend against estimate benchmarks. Identify potential cost issues early and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate forecasting and margin protection throughout the project. 4. Change Order & Scope Management Identify scope gaps and out-of-scope work. Document impacts and prepare change order pricing. Maintain proper notice and documentation to protect project entitlement. Ensure scope clarity between base contract work and additional work. 5. Field Partnership & Team Leadership Work closely with superintendents and foremen to support manpower planning and material coordination. Help remove roadblocks for field teams so work can progress safely and efficiently. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help develop the next generation of project leaders. Promote a strong safety culture aligned with company standards.
