Nursery Practitioner Level 3 | Up to £28,500


The nursery has been refurbished and is set up with separate rooms for each age group, with age-appropriate toys and resources in place, to provide an exciting learning journey. We're looking for a Level 3 practitioner who can step in and deliver strong early years.


Before you apply

• You must hold a Level 3 early years qualification and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Recent nursery experience is required , ideally in a similar setting.
• This role requires confident independent practice and accurate record keeping.

• Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What You'll Need

• Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and within a structured routine

Desirable

• Paediatric first aid qualification

What You'll Do

• Deliver planned activities and child-led learning across the day
• Support children with routines including mealtimes, sleep, and personal care
• Complete observations, assessments, and learning journal updates
• Maintain room environment and ensure resources are organised and safe
• Communicate with parents at drop-off and collection
• Work with the team to set learning goals and track progress
