Main Function
The Home Manager leads a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality residential care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the home always remains "Survey-Ready" by enforcing strict compliance with organizational policies, DIDD standards, and Tennessee State regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
