Responsible for ensuring a high level of guest and donor service and that Easterseals‑Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Requires cross‑training in all aspects of Goodwill and performing duties according to the established best practices of ESGW. Goodwill sites experience changing and unpredictable circumstances - particularly around donation volume and the need to move a significant volume of goods efficiently through the processing and retail store system. This position must be responsive to those needs, showing initiative and being prepared to move between assignments as priorities shift. When required, supervises donation door activities and must be cross‑trained to assist with all aspects of retail, production, and/or donation door operations. Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for an entire shift. Tolerant of extreme changes in temperature and humidity. Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, or longer shifts if needed. May be required to work more than 40 hours per week. All positions require completion of a background check; having criminal convictions does not automatically bar employment.
