International Tax Manager

We’re partnering with a global, publicly traded organization for a International Tax Manager that continues to expand its international footprint across multiple jurisdictions.

As part of their ongoing global growth, they are adding an International Tax Manager to support leadership in overseeing international tax compliance, planning, and risk management.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a complex, multinational environment and enjoys both strategic tax planning and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do As an International Tax Manager:

• Manage and oversee foreign corporate income tax compliance and filings across assigned jurisdictions
• Coordinate with external international tax advisors and maintain strong working relationships
• Stay current on global minimum tax developments and evolving international tax laws
• Lead tax planning and structuring initiatives to minimize overall tax liability and risk
• Review tax-related data within subsidiary and branch financial statements
• Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with global transfer pricing policies
• Partner with Legal and Accounting teams to document and support intercompany activities
• Review international tax returns and transfer pricing documentation prepared by external advisors
• Manage tax audits and examinations, including responses to tax authorities
• Support financial reporting requirements under ASC 740, including tax provisions and disclosures (10-K, 10-Q)
• Assist with special projects alongside senior tax leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience OR 3+ years within public accounting (corporate/international tax focus)
• Strong experience within multinational tax compliance and audits
• Knowledge of transfer pricing and complex legal entity structures
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information
