Project Attorney - Tax & Estate Planning (Temporary, Remote)
We are seeking a Project Attorney to support a Tax and Estate Planning practice on a temporary, hourly basis. This role offers an open ended duration and is ideal for an attorney looking for flexible, project based work.
Responsibilities - Assist with the preparation of estate planning documents
- Support income tax, estate, and gift tax planning matters
- Assist with trust and estate administration
- Provide support on business succession planning matters
Requirements - 3+ years of tax and estate planning experience
- Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing required
- Ability to attend onsite training in Pittsburgh, PA
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Work Arrangement & Compensation - Initial training will take place onsite in Pittsburgh; role will be remote thereafter
- $65-$75 per hour (W2), paid for time worked
