Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations at the location by completing routine reports, providing directions and assistance, and remaining prepared to respond to medical, fire, and/or other facility-related emergencies as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
