Sales Development Manager, CTM (This role can be based in Dallas, Tx or any eastern city location, USA.) LHH is looking for coachable and ambitious teammates to join our Sales Development Academy. Reporting Relationships Reports to Director, NAM Sales Development - LHH Direct Reports Leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) specifically for Enterprise Major Responsibilities Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to build a sales pipeline through outbound calling, emailing, inbound lead follow‑up, and prospecting. Build a culture of performance and accountability within the SDR team, consistently achieving team objectives. Provide coaching and support to develop sales skills, individual careers, and create a growth environment. Drive adoption of best practice processes across the team; align approach with global SDR teams as necessary. Work closely with sales leadership to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow‑up, aligning the pipeline with sales organization needs. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing to define campaign follow‑up, inbound strategy, execution, and reporting. Provide detailed reporting on team’s activities and performance, and accurate forecasts to leadership. Required Experience/Characteristics Bachelor’s degree, proven success as an SDR, and 2+ years of sales leadership experience as an SDR Manager or Sales Leader. A positive, self‑starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations. Passion for coaching and developing others. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a focus on quality of work. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create and deliver effective presentations. The highest level of integrity. High achievement, strong work ethic. Experience with pure cold calling highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce.com and lead qualification and prospecting applications such as Outreach and SalesLoft highly desirable. Base salary of $110,000‑130,000 per year plus incentive compensation (placement based on geographic location and experience).
