Our client, a dynamic player in the sales industry, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of the sales department supporting the sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Pittsburg, KS

Pay Range: $17

What's the Job?

• Interact with sales representatives via telephone, text, email, or in person to provide support and information on orders.
• Collect and enter orders for sales representatives while maintaining accurate records.
• Field inquiries from sales representatives regarding order statuses and shipments.
• Ensure timely resolution of sales representatives' concerns and maintain customer accounts.
• Set up shipments to and from the facility following detailed instructions.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable.
