Our LPNs are responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting the clinical team at our community. A successful LPN has the ability to take direction and work well under stressful situations, as well having great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional. The way our LPNs provide care is through kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting our residents’ dignity and privacy.
