As a Legal Specialist, you will leverage your legal expertise to contribute to a transformative project aimed at enhancing AI capabilities. Your role will involve creating high-quality legal documents that will directly influence the training and performance of next-generation AI systems. • Produce original, expert-authored legal documents, including memos, case analyses, contracts, and policy papers.
• Ensure all materials are well-structured, rich in technical detail, and include multimodal elements like tables, figures, or charts.
• Demonstrate deep legal analysis and issue spotting through your submissions.
• Contribute a variety of document types and lengths, ideally between 10 to 100 pages, reflecting real-world legal work.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and awareness of privilege in all materials and communications.
• Participate in feedback cycles to clarify content or enhance document utility for AI model training.
• Provide written and verbal updates, offering context or explanations as needed.

• Practicing lawyer, legal researcher, compliance consultant, or legal professional with hands-on experience in document drafting and legal analysis.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality legal documents, such as memos, case briefs, contracts, or policy analyses.
• Strong legal writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and accurately.
• Experience incorporating tables, diagrams, or other modalities into legal documents.
• Keen awareness of confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data privacy in legal practice and document sharing.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication for project-related correspondence.
• Background in compliance, policy, or specific legal domains (e.g., intellectual property, regulatory, corporate) is an asset.

This position is a contractor role, fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

The hourly pay for this role ranges from $20 to $40.
