Salary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides direct clinical services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and case management to clients experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use challenges. The LCSW plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery, coordinating care, and contributing to a team-based, client-centered treatment approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the care team.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family counseling.
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with organizational and licensing standards.
  • Collaborate with internal team members, outside providers, and family members (when appropriate) to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care.
  • Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by the NASW and applicable state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Kentucky
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health and/or substance use settings.
  • Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care).
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to cultural competence, equity, and inclusive care practices.
