• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications while ensuring high performance and excellence.
• Mentor junior team members and review their code to ensure it meets the company's standards.
• Participate in pairing and code reviews, sharing your knowledge and learning from your peers.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement SRE practices to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of applications and services.
• Monitor and analyse system performance and implement improvements.
• Respond to and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and impact on users.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful services.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
