Industrial Production Operator

2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities Available

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for Industrial Production Operator positions with a well-established manufacturing facility in the area. These are second and third shift opportunities with potential for overtime based on production needs.

This is a hands-on, physically active role within a heavy industrial environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while following strict safety standards.

Position Overview

The Industrial Production Operator supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with material handling, machine operation, product processing, and quality checks. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial equipment and machinery
• Assist with material movement throughout the production floor
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Perform basic quality inspections of manufactured products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support production goals and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift
• Comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment (heat, dust, noise possible)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, construction, or general labor preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
