Position: Industrial/Marine Electrician
Location: Channelview, TX 77530
Schedule: 7am to 4pm M-F
Hourly Rate: $22-$26 per hour DOE
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time

About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is hiring Electricians in Houston and Channelview, TX. Marine, motor repair, inspection and troubleshooting motor control systems, maintenance, and power transformers experience is strongly preferred. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting basic electrical circuits
• Must know how to use multi-meter/ amp meter/ megger
• Terminate most common types of electrical equipment
• Read one line drawings
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to pumps
• Supervise and train tech level 3
• Assist in managing projects as assigned
• On-call for a (7) seven day period
• Travel occasionally for the company to work at other locations
• Follow all company safety and operational policies
• Any other duties as needed or directed by management as it relates to customer’s operations
• Our customer is a 24 hour a day 7 day a week operation and overtime is required

Physical:

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs for extended distances
• Ability to work in any and all adverse weather condition
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs and gangways up to 25 feet in height
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and work above head for extended periods of time
• Ability to operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in electrical service industry
• Good communications skills
• Professional manner in dealing with other employees, management and customers
• Organizational Skills
• Basic mechanical skills
• Must be capable of acquiring valid TWIC
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must pass screenings
