About Us: The International Foundation for World Freedom (IFWF) is dedicated to serving vulnerable populations including immigrants, refugees, and their children displaced by conflict. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Diplomacy and International Relations Specialist to support and enhance our efforts in global outreach, partnership building, and strategic diplomacy. This role will be instrumental in fostering relationships with international organizations, government bodies, and other stakeholders to advance IFWF’s mission and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Diplomacy: Develop and implement strategies for engaging with international organizations, government agencies, and diplomatic entities to support IFWF’s mission and goals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key international partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers to facilitate collaboration and resource-sharing.
  • Policy Analysis: Monitor and analyze international policies, trends, and developments that impact the work of IFWF, providing insights and recommendations for strategic positioning.
  • Representation: Represent IFWF at international conferences, forums, and meetings, advocating for the organization's interests and promoting its programs and initiatives.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in drafting and reviewing proposals for international funding opportunities and partnerships, ensuring alignment with IFWF’s strategic objectives.
  • Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and briefs to internal and external stakeholders on international relations matters and program progress.
  • Research: Conduct research on global issues related to immigration, refugee support, and international development, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Diplomacy, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in international relations, diplomacy, or global outreach roles, preferably within a nonprofit or international organization.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate complex international environments and build effective partnerships.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of international policies, diplomacy, and global development issues.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, proactive, and committed to advancing IFWF’s mission. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
