In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, accurate, and high-quality conversion of physical documents into digital assets, serving as a critical link in our information management services. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in data integrity and digital transformation./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/ppIn this role, you will:/pulliProcess and prepare a high volume of hard copy records for scanning, ensuring all documents are correctly sorted and prepped for efficient conversion./liliIdentify the type of form./liliApply the appropriate business rule./liliOperate and maintain scanning equipment to accurately convert physical documents into digital images, following strict quality control and production standards./liliIndex and key critical data from documents into multiple software applications with a strong focus on detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity./liliEnsure compliance with all internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service level agreements to maintain document control and confidentiality./liliOther duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager./li/ulpstrongSkills Qualifications/strong/ppThe ideal candidate will have:/pulliExperience in a high-volume production, administrative, or data entry environment./liliData entry must be equal to or greater than 40 wpm/10,000 KPH with 99% accuracy./liliStrong knowledge of basic PC operations and computer-related products, with proficiency in reading and communicating in English./liliProven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a sustained, focused pace to meet production rates and quality targets./liliPhysical requirement: Must be able to lift up to 40lb./liliIdentified candidate will need to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check successfully prior to start./li/ulpstrongWhat We Offer:/strong/pulliRate: Starting at $18.07/hr - paid biweekly/liliEligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $5.09/hr/liliLocation: 1101 Enterprise Drive, Royersford, PA 19468 (no remote work)/liliAbility to work weekends and evenings!/liliMust be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - no cost to applicant and we guide you through the process/liliOnly U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents are eligible for the Public Trust Clearance/li/ul/div
