Role Description Kanku Fincorp is seeking a versatile and creative Copywriter for a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across a range of platforms—digital, print, and social. This role calls for a strong command of language, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to write content that connects with both consumer and business audiences in the financial domain. Key Responsibilities

1. Write compelling marketing and brand copy for websites, ads, email campaigns, and social media.
2. Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy teams to develop messaging that supports business goals.
3. Adapt voice and tone to fit various audiences and platforms.
4. Conduct research to ensure copy is relevant, accurate, and aligned with financial industry standards.
5. Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of grammar, clarity, and consistency.
6. Contribute ideas to content strategy and creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience writing for marketing, advertising, or branded content.
2. Strong understanding of copywriting principles and audience engagement.
3. Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Interest in or familiarity with financial services and consumer finance.

Preferred Skills and Background 6. Experience with SEO copywriting and content performance tools. 7. Background in advertising, communications, or financial writing. Education Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. Relevant professional experience in copywriting—especially in the financial sector—is a plus.
