Job Description

Job Title: Coordinator, Space Planning
Duration: 12+ Months contract
Location: Universal City, CA 91608

The role supports space planning, and office moves and works primarily under the Manager of Office Services.

Daily activities include:

Coordinating space planning and office moves
Dropping off boxes and assisting employees during moves
Taking pictures of offices/spaces
Updating and adjusting floor plans ( Arcadis/Archibus)
Creating and maintaining move matrices (Excel)
Using Airtable to track scopes of work for movers
Covering basic coordinator tasks when other coordinators are out (maintenance tickets, light requests, restroom issues, etc.)
