Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in litigation and insurance law, representing clients in court and providing expert legal advice. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation cases related to insurance claims
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Negotiate settlements and plea agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare and present cases in trial court as needed

Qualifications

• Jurisdictional license to practice law
• Proven experience in litigation and insurance law
• Strong understanding of trial court procedures and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
