Prior legal services experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
Compensation
This temporary engagement is paid on an hourly basis equivalent to approximately $70,000–$75,000 annually , depending on experience.
Attorneys who transition into permanent roles move to the organization’s Staff Attorney salary scale beginning at $77,500 , with comprehensive benefits. Relevant experience will be recognized in accordance with the organization’s salary schedule.
