Now Hiring Assistant Managers for our locations in Omaha, NE!

Pay: $50,000–$55,000/year

Our Assistant Managers are responsible for managing and running shifts by coaching and training employees while ensuring the overall effectiveness of the operation focusing on people, sales, and profit.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operations Management: Supervises daily operations, including front line set-up, catering prep, and inventory management.
• Team Leadership: Hires, trains, coaches, and disciplines staff.
• Customer Focus: Ensures "out-of-this-world hospitality" and resolves customer issues, according to and.
• Safety and Quality: Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Financials: Focuses on meeting sales targets and managing profit and loss (P&L) metrics.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma/GED required. Restaurant Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
• Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and personnel management, budgeting, record-keeping, and preparation of reports.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
