Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Retail Operations in the Automotive (vehicles/parts/service) industry. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily store operations, leading a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and safe, efficient tire and wheel services. You will help oversee sales floor activities, service bay workflow, and inventory of tires, wheels, and related products to ensure customers quickly receive the right products at competitive prices. The Assistant Manager will coach, train, and schedule team members, reinforcing Discount Tire’s commitment to a supportive, inclusive culture built on teamwork, mutual respect, and work-life balance. You will assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic reporting to maintain accurate store records and achieve sales and performance goals. Working hands-on alongside your team, you will help inspect vehicles, guide proper tire and wheel selections, and ensure all services are performed safely and in accordance with company standards.
